Ragini Khanna Biography
Ragini Khanna, Super Star Govinda's niece, grown up seeing her uncle Govinda on screen and she says she learnt a lot from him. Ragini completed her MCom from University of Mumbai, Ragini had to give exams when she was shooting for Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi. Ragini Khanna did her schooling at R.N.Shah High School. Ragini Khanna always gave importance to studies and balance her career and studies.

Ragini Khanna started her career in early 2008 with her debut serial, Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi of NDTV Imagine. Ragini played the role of Ragini Sharma the middle daughter Of Radhaa Sharma (Supriya Pilgaonkar) in the show. Later Ragini bagged the main lead role of Bharti(female Bhaskar) in Sony TV's show, Bhaskar Bharti Both these serials did not created waves.
Early this year she started working on Ravi Ohja's Sasural Genda Phool which was launched as prime time show on Star Plus. Ragini Khanna's role (Suhana) in this Star Plus show is not only of female lead but she is the center point of the whole serial.
Ragini Khanna's role in Sasural Genda Phool is of girl who lost her mother very early and brought up by father. Her father gives her the love and care of both mother and father. Her father is very big businessman and satisfies all the demands of Suhana (Ragini Khanna). She is not spoilt but completely unaware of middle class kind of living. But she gets married to Ishaan (Jay Soni) who belongs to a middle class, then comes the twist and glamor in the story.
The days of shooting Bhaskar Bharti were the toughest days of her career so far. The serial's shooting, promotional trips, special episodes and top of all them the shows demand to reduce weight heavily put her health into trouble. In fact she was hospitalised for a day as her blood pressure dropped, she was taken to hospital in the middle of the shooting. Hard work pays!
